Twin Cities Camera Walks VII

It’s been a hectic Fall– I’ve been preparing for a permanent move to my beloved home in Palestine. Minnesota has been a wonderful home for me over the past 12 years, and I’m forever grateful for the beauty and happiness this place and its people have brought into my life. But the time has come to make the trek back to my birthplace, to the place I’ll always call my final home, where I’m hoping to find a peace of mind that’s been eluding me thus far. I’m sure that while there I will be trying to make sense out of my journey through my camera’s viewfinder. Stay tuned!

During the past few months I’ve managed to shoot some around the Twin Cities, mostly Fall stuff but also some from end of Summer. This post is merely a mishmash of random images I’ve taken recently, but hopefully I’ve sequenced them in way that makes some sense. They begin with end of Summer and stretch well into Fall. Included is a strange combo of film and digital, color and B&W. I hope you’ll enjoy!

  1. Raed, I love so many of these photos. Some are more obviously more beautiful from my mind’s eye. But I like to look at them over and over to see how they affect me at different times. I will save these forever.
You are so special to us and I hate the reality that you are leaving. We will see you in the next few days. Always a fan of your choice of photography.
